The cooldown is changed between the servers. More info in the list down bellow.

Note: 

The payment goal is credit for the server that has not yet been charged.

There are still tax, transaction and site fees to pay off from that goal.

That's around "25%" when I add everything up.

So thats why the goal is a little higher.
